Returns – Unwanted Products

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. Please send the signed declaration to sales@escapegear.co.za

The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days in order to be eligible for a refund.

Returns – Damaged Products

Should you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please get in touch with us as soon as possible by sending an email to sales@escapegear.co.za or to the dedicated sales assistant that facilitated your order. We will take a look into the issue or concern with the product and respond within 14 calendar days.

* Please Note: Escape Gear recommends you use a shipping company that offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.
