Our International shipping method is FedEX and takes about 7 working days from dispatch in Cape Town, South Africa, to your door.
Economy service door-to-door courier to any street address in South Africa is included in the purchase price, for all sales in excess of R2500.

Returns Policy

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.

Note: Escape Gear recommends you use a shipping company that offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.

Directions for use:
Spray directly onto bedding / area. Elimates odours related to pets. Highly effective biological product that degrades the source of odours by binding the odour molecules to degrade them. The molecules are then converted into carbon dioxide and water. Effective pest repellent NONYL PHENOL FREE.

Ingredients:
An aqueous solution containing naturally occurring micro-organisms and enzymes. 5 x Bacillus & 5 x Enzyme Blend Bacterial count: 17.9 million cfu’s/ml Eucalyptus Citriodora, a 100% pure essential oil extract.
